Welcome to PokemonHunt812. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pokemonhunt812.com and purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online Store

PokemonHunt812 sells Pokémon Trading Card Game products, collectibles, and related merchandise. Product availability, pricing, quantities, and descriptions may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, correct pricing or inventory errors, and discontinue products when reasonably necessary.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Product Condition and Collectibles

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, sealed products are sold as factory-sealed merchandise.

Collectible packaging may contain minor manufacturer imperfections, including variations in shrink wrap, seams, printing, cardboard, plastic, or other packaging characteristics.

PokemonHunt812 does not guarantee the contents, pull rates, rarity, value, grading potential, or condition of individual cards contained within factory-sealed trading card products.

Opening a randomized or factory-sealed trading card product does not guarantee any particular card, rarity, or monetary value.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at checkout. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing, product-description, or inventory errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer regarding available options or cancel and refund the affected order.

4. Orders and Inventory

Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfillment if inventory is unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy, system error, damaged merchandise, or another circumstance that prevents us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

PokemonHunt812 may limit purchase quantities when necessary to maintain fair access to limited products or prevent suspected fraud, resale abuse, automated purchasing, or other misuse of the store.

5. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Opened trading card products and other products identified as final sale are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law.

7. Product Images and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe products. Colors, packaging, artwork, promotional markings, and other details may vary slightly because of manufacturer changes, production variations, photography, lighting, or display settings.

When a specific product version, set, configuration, or condition is material to your purchase, please review the product listing carefully before ordering.

8. Fraud and Misuse

We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or review orders reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, attempted abuse of promotions, automated purchasing, or other misuse.

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify an order.

9. Intellectual Property

Content created for PokemonHunt812, including original graphics, photographs, written content, branding, logos, and website materials, may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.

Pokémon and related names, characters, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. PokemonHunt812 is an independent retailer/community project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.

10. Community Drops and Promotions

PokemonHunt812 may separately conduct community activities, promotional giveaways, contests, or hidden product drops.

Those activities may be governed by additional rules published for the applicable promotion. Participation in a promotion does not guarantee that a participant will receive or locate a prize or product.

Participants in physical community activities are responsible for following applicable laws, posted rules, property restrictions, and reasonable safety precautions. PokemonHunt812 does not authorize trespassing, entering restricted areas, damaging property, or engaging in unsafe activity.

11. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, errors, or technical problems. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website when reasonably necessary.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PokemonHunt812 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, participation in community activities, or purchase or use of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed through the payment services available through our Shopify-powered store.
